‘Inspiring Bangladesh Independence Run 2023’ Inspiring Bangladesh Ltd.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver and Release of Liability

(Please read carefully)

1. I hereby represent that;

  1. I am above 18 years of age have got valid proof of nationality of Bangladesh or anycountry. If below 18, I am attending the ‘Inspiring Bangladesh Independence Run2026’ under the supervision of a parent or a guardian authorized by my parents. If registering an incapacitated and/or mentally challenged person, I certify that I amtheparent or legal guardian of such person.
  2. I am in good health and in proper physical and mental condition to participate in the Inspiring Bangladesh Independence Run 2026’.
  3. I am not suffering from any infectious, communicable or contagious disease.
  4. I am not under the influence of alcohol or any illicit or prescription drugs whichwould in any way impair my ability to safely participate in the Event.
  5. I have paid the required fees for my selected race and the Transaction IDis genuine.
  6. I do not have any ill motive or unlawful/immoral intention behind participatingat the ‘Inspiring Bangladesh Independence Run 2026’.
  7. I respect the laws of the land and do not pose any threat to the community or do not have any criminal proceedings against me pending before any

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

2. I hereby acknowledge that;

  1. Participating in the Inspiring Bangladesh Independence Run 2026is a potentiallyhazardous activity that involves various risks, dangers and hazards and the possibilityof personal injury, death and loss of property
  2. I am participating in the activity by my own free will and at my own personal risk.
  3.  I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained.
  4. I will be personally liable for any public display of any immoral/unethical or
    objectionable behaviour towards any of the race officials/agents/sponsors or anyotherregistered participant during the event and be subject to any sort of criminal complaint lodged in any police station or any criminal proceedings against me in any court of law in Bangladesh.
  5. I acknowledge and assume any and all risks associated with this event including, but not limited to, traffic on the course route, falls, contact with other participants, stampedes, and the condition of the course, including, but not limited to, curbs, cars, uneven pavement, potholes, rocks, and objects on the course surface.
  6. I acknowledge and assume any and all risks caused by natural calamities or unforeseen natural phenomena including but not limited to, severe injury or deathcaused by direct thunder strikes, injury or death caused by heat stroke, injury or deathcaused by slipping due to rain etc.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

3. I hereby agree that;

  1. I have to abide by any decision of the race director or any other official of ‘InspiringBangladesh Ltd.’ to the ‘Inspiring Bangladesh Independence Run 2026’ relativetoany aspect of my participation in this run event, including the right of any official todeny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever.
  2. That it is my sole responsibility to determine whether I am sufficiently fit andhealthyenough to participate in the ‘Inspiring Bangladesh Independence Run 2026’.
  3. With knowledge of the risks involved mentioned above, I hereby agree to accept anyand all risks of injury and death.
  4. As consideration for being permitted by the ‘Inspiring Bangladesh IndependenceRun 2026’ to participate in the run/walk I hereby agree that I, the participant, intending to be legally bound, do hereby waive and forever release any andall rights and claims for damages or injuries, that I may have against the Event Director, ‘Inspiring Bangladesh Ltd.’, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers and employees for any and all injuriesto me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event.
  5. I understand and recognize that by forever releasing the Event Director ‘InspiringBangladesh Ltd.’ and all of its agents from any liability, I lose the right to initiateanycivil or criminal proceeding against them under any law in any court of Bangladesharising out of any injury caused to myself or my property while participating at theevent. I further intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.
  6.  In the event of an illness, injury or medical emergency arising during the event I hereby authorize and give my consent to Event Director ‘Inspiring BangladeshLtd.’ to secure from any accredited hospital, clinic and/ or physician any treatment deemednecessary for my immediate care. I agree that I will be fully responsible for payment of any and all medical services and treatment rendered to me including but not limitedto medical transport, medications, treatment and hospitalization.
  7. Further, I grant permission to all the foregoing to use my name, voice and images of myself in any photographs, motion pictures, results, publications or any other print, websites including but not limited to social media, forums, chat groups, all types of communication mediums in videographic or electronic recording, of this event for legitimate purposes.
  8. I cannot change the segment I have registered for, once I submit this application. For example: Registering for 15KM run but wanting to swap for 7.5KMinstead.
  9. I cannot change my jersey size or seek for a replacement once I submit this application. For example: Registering for ‘XL’ size but demanding it to be replacedby ‘L’ size
  10. All entry fees are non-refundable. ‘Inspiring Bangladesh Ltd.’ reserve the right topostpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants andstaff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. ‘Inspiring BangladeshLtd.’ reserve the right to change the details of the event without

If any provision of this Assumption of Risk and Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provisionshall be deemed severable from this Waiver Agreement and shall not affect the validity andenforceability of any remaining provisions.
