Identify measures to improve worker life in the areas of financial literacy, family planning, life partner selection and health.
Evaluate the existing worker welfare programs; Identify gaps and present solutions to meet required objectives.
Receive worker grievances and concerns; Understand possible areas of resolution; Escalate critical issues to supervisors.
Develop programs on identified areas; Share developed program with supervisor to seek feedback.
Conduct programs and workshops with workers to educated them and understand areas of concerns and feedback on management; Present common emerging themes and present to supervisors.
Lead and implement measures to increase compliance for web and mobile based applications aligned to worker welfare.
Educate workers on factory guidelines and existing welfare facilities such as health, worker rights and benefits, social, recreation, sanitation and other welfare measures.
Resolve doubts and queries towards availing welfare facilities; Provide communication collateral to inform workers of mode of availing facilities.
