Lead, guide the construction team from initiation to completion of construction project by analysing the requirements, costing, budgeting, planning & determining the time frame, controlling and ensuring proper implementation of work.
Arrangement of project staffing & ensuring engagement of expert & adequate manpower/ contractors for the project. Guide the team for allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Collect, review & prepare the project status reports and modify/ adjust the schedules or plans as per work demand.
Lead & guide the project team to prepare project reports and other documents for management, client (concerned programme) or others.
Check, review, analyse the technical problems & provide necessary solution, advice the project team to resolve problems.
Find out & analyse the risk, guide the team to mitigate those for the better interest of the projects.
Coordinate with the design team, consultant, Govt. agencies and other units to mitigate the issues those are related to project activities.
Prepare & study the contract documents like specifications, B.O.Q. (Bill of Quantities) and drawings thoroughly to ensure proper implementation.
Lead & guide the team to ensure the proper implementation of work as per drawing, design & specifications with zero discrepancies.
Responsible for ensuring & maintaining quality and timely completion of the projects within budget & satisfaction of Consultant/ Customers.
Lead the team to ensure on time supply of appropriate materials, proper use of materials.
Generate & provide suitable work instructions/ method statements for all activities of company personnel/ sub contractors' individual where absence of such work instructions/ method statements would adversely affect the quality of the final work.
Carries out supervisory and project management responsibilities in accordance with the organisation policies, industry best practices, and as established by any applicable laws.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements

Additional Requirements
Minimum 15 to 18 years of professional and practical work experience in leading, managing & operating multi construction projects.
Knowledge & experience on cost & time management, proper utilisation of materials, manpower etc.
Should have knowledge on Government regulations regarding property and engineering laws of RAJUK, Local Govt. authorities etc. Knowledge on different engineering Code of BNBC & other international authorities.
Develop implementation procedure and technical guideline, standard operating procedure (SOP).
Compilation/ review of projects monthly progress report and work planning by using software MS Project/ Primavera.
