Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manpower planning and maximum utilization of resources (manpower, raw materials and machine).
  • To manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
  • To make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
  • To set working plan and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
  • To set product quality standards and to monitor quality standards of products.
  • To analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
  • To determine and implement improvements to the production process.
  • To prepare and maintain production report.
  • To monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
  • To ensure safety guidelines, cleaning and housekeeping of the production floor as per SOP.
