By accessing our website, registering for an event, purchasing an event entry, or participating in any event organized by Inspiring Bangladesh, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or register for our events.
Inspiring Bangladesh is a running event organization that organizes live running events, marathons, races, and related sporting activities.

Participants must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for an event.
You may be required to provide information such as:

• Email address
• Emergency contact information
• Identification or other information required for event administration
You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during registration is accurate.
Inspiring Bangladesh reserves the right to reject, cancel, or suspend an event registration if the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise violates these Terms.
Participants must meet the eligibility requirements specified for the particular event.
Certain events may have minimum age requirements, category restrictions, registration deadlines, or other participation requirements.

For participants under the applicable legal age, parental or guardian consent may be required.
Running and marathon events involve physical activity and may involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, exhaustion, dehydration, falls, accidents, or other medical conditions.
By registering for an event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether you are physically fit and medically capable of participating.
We strongly recommend consulting a qualified medical professional before participating if you have any concerns about your health or physical fitness.
Participants must immediately notify event staff or medical personnel if they experience illness, injury, dizziness, chest pain, breathing difficulties, or other concerning symptoms during an event.
Participation in a running event is voluntary.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants acknowledge and accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with running and participating in organized sporting events.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
• Physical injury
• Falls and collisions
• Dehydration or heat-related illness
• Fatigue and exhaustion
• Traffic or road-related risks
• Weather conditions
• Medical emergencies
• Accidents involving participants or third parties
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
Participants are expected to exercise reasonable care and follow all event safety instructions.
Participants must comply with all reasonable instructions provided by Inspiring Bangladesh, event officials, volunteers, medical personnel, security personnel, traffic authorities, and other authorized representatives.
We may remove or disqualify a participant from an event if the participant:
• Violates event rules
• Behaves dangerously or abusively
• Interferes with other participants
• Provides false registration information
• Uses another participant’s registration or bib
• Engages in cheating or fraudulent conduct
• Fails to follow safety instructions
No refund will necessarily be provided to a participant removed or disqualified for violating event rules.
Event bibs, race numbers, timing chips, wristbands, or other participant identification materials may be issued to registered participants.
Unless specifically authorized by Inspiring Bangladesh, participants may not transfer, sell, duplicate, alter, or share their registration, bib, race number, or timing device with another person.
Unauthorized transfer may result in disqualification and cancellation of the registration.
Event registration fees, applicable taxes, service charges, and other applicable costs will be displayed during the registration process.
By completing payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
Registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment and completion of the required registration process, unless otherwise stated.
Event registration fees are generally non-refundable, unless Inspiring Bangladesh expressly states otherwise for a particular event.
Where a refund, transfer, or credit is offered, the applicable event-specific policy will apply.
Inspiring Bangladesh may establish different refund policies for different events based on event costs, timing, venue arrangements, merchandise, participant capacity, and other operational considerations.
Participants should review the refund and cancellation conditions before completing registration.
Inspiring Bangladesh reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, relocate, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include:
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Public safety concerns
• Government restrictions or instructions
• Traffic or road restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Security concerns
• Venue or route issues
• Force majeure events
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where reasonably possible, we will communicate significant event changes through our website, email, SMS, social media, or other available communication channels.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, registrations may remain valid for the new event date, subject to the event-specific policy.
Inspiring Bangladesh will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, government action, civil disturbance, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, security threats, infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.
By participating in an Inspiring Bangladesh event, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inspiring Bangladesh may use event-related photographs, videos, and recordings containing participants for legitimate organizational, promotional, marketing, social media, advertising, archival, and informational purposes.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
Inspiring Bangladesh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Participants should avoid bringing valuable or unnecessary belongings to an event.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and current.
However, event information, schedules, routes, pricing, photographs, descriptions, and other content may change without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.
Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs, videos, and other materials associated with Inspiring Bangladesh are owned by or licensed to Inspiring Bangladesh and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
