Job Context

  • We are looking for a number of Chefs to join our team. Applicant must experience to prepare Europian Bread Making, Bakery & Pastry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepares European Bread Making, Bakery & Pastry goods following established recipes and procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
  • Applicant must experience to prepare European Bread Making & Pastry.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Maintaining quality and controlling costs in a volume food business.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
  • Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.
  • Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
  • Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
  • Understands and communicates all store promotions to customers
  • Monitors product levels and re-stocks as required, rotating goods to reduce shrinkage
  • Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Diploma In pastry & Bakery
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Hotel Management course will be given preference.

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Bakery and Pastry Expert, Hotel Management

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 32 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Continental cuisine, Oriental Cuisine & Bangladeshi Cuisine.
  • Excellent record of kitchen management
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant management software, POS)
