Description

We are looking for a number of Chefs to join our team. Applicant must experience to prepare Europian Bread Making, Bakery & Pastry.

Prepares European Bread Making, Bakery & Pastry goods following established recipes and procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
Applicant must experience to prepare European Bread Making & Pastry.
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Maintaining quality and controlling costs in a volume food business.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.
Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
Understands and communicates all store promotions to customers
Monitors product levels and re-stocks as required, rotating goods to reduce shrinkage
Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner
Performs other duties as assigned

Full-time

Diploma In pastry & Bakery
Preferred Professional Certification: Hotel Management course will be given preference.
Training/Trade Course: Any Training regarding Bread Making, Bakery Pastry goods will be advantages.
Skills Required: Bakery and Pastry Expert, European Bread, Pastary

Age 22 to 32 years
Only males are allowed to apply
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Continental cuisine, Oriental Cuisine & Bangladeshi Cuisine.
Excellent record of kitchen management
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Good communication skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant management software, POS)
