In the present situation every employer is looking for active youth who has employability skills.
According to Wikipedia Employability is related to work and the ability to be employed, such as:
• The ability to gain initial employment.
• The ability to maintain employment.
• The ability to obtain new employment if required.
We have observed that there is a very big gap between Education Institutions, Employers, youth and government monitoring cells. In these circumstances Inspiring Bangladesh along with Skill.jobs, Youth Career Institute (YSI) and Bangladesh Skill Development Institution (BSDI) have taken an initiative of "EmployabilityFest" where we are expecting 100,000+ participants along with 100+ Private and Public Organizations those who can provide employment.
Focus Area:
1. To play as a catalyst to develop, monitor and promote Employability among our youth so that they can fit themselves in the workplace with required knowledge, skills and attitude.
2. To help employers getting right people on right time along with nurturing the required talents
3. To help education institutions minimize the gap between employers and graduates.
