চলতি বছরের নভেম্বরে দেশের সাতটি ভেন্যুতে ৪৯টি দল নিয়ে শুরু হয় নারী ফুটবলে ট্যালেন্টহান্ট জেএফএ কাপ। সেই সাথে ৬টি ক্লাব নিয়ে নারী ফুটবল লিগের দ্বিতীয় পর্ব চলছে কমলাপুর স্টেডিয়াম। এই দুটি টুর্নামেন্ট থেকে প্রতিভাবান ফুটবলার তুলে আনতে বেশকটি পদক্ষেপ নেয় ফেডারেশন। যেখানে অভিজ্ঞ প্রশিক্ষকরা তৃণমূল থেকে মেধাবী ফুটবলারদের বাছাই করার কাজ করছেন।
