With the progress and development of pipeline technology, the transportation of crude oil and refined oil products in our country has been changed from the transportation of trains and automobiles to the transportation of long distance oil and gas pipelines. In the process of laying oil pipelines, it is often necessary to simmer the pipes because of the dead mouth or bypassing the obstacles, so in the field construction, the simmer pipes are mostly cold simmering. In the past, most of our cnc pipe end forming machine were imported, but there were many disadvantages such as expensive cost and untimely supply of spare parts, which seriously restricted the production capacity of the company's pipeline construction. In industrial production, long U is an important equipment in air conditioning production, which is a CNC machine with functions such as straightening, rounding, feeding, cutting and bending forming.
The traditional design cycle is long, the cost is high, the design modification is not convenient, the main reason is that the analysis, test, modification and other processes are faced with the physical prototype; The design method based on virtual prototype technology is based on the three-dimensional digital model established on the computer, combined with the relevant principles of CAE to study the relevant performance of the digital model, the test object is transferred from the physical prototype to the virtual prototype, thus shortening the design cycle and reducing the cost.
As a new technology of development and design, virtual prototype is a revolution to the traditional design method. Taking a cnc pipe end forming machine capable of bending seven copper pipes at the same time as the research object, a 3D digital model of cnc pipe end forming machine was established. The static and dynamic characteristics of the cnc pipe end forming machine are analyzed by virtual prototyping technology, and the results are used to guide the design.
The relevant aspects of virtual prototyping technology in the design and development process of TBLU7 CNC are discussed. Including establishing the virtual prototype model of TBLU7cnc pipe end forming machine in UG, and studying and summarizing the data exchange technology between UG and CAE software ANSYS. The main parts of cnc pipe end forming machine are studied statically, the dynamic properties of important parts and machine are analyzed, and the design meets the technical requirements by finite element analysis of pipe simulation bending results.
In the research process of cnc pipe end forming machine, I have mainly completed the following aspects of work:
First, the basic theoretical framework of virtual prototyping technology is introduced, the research status and development trend at home and abroad are reviewed, and the necessity of applying virtual prototyping technology to TBLU7 design is demonstrated.
Second, the virtual prototype model of the parts is established in UG and assembled, interference analysis and evaluation are carried out, and the virtual prototype of the whole machine is established.
Third, based on the virtual prototype model, the static analysis and optimization of some parts are carried out by importing the data exchange format into the finite element analysis software ANSYS.
4. Based on the established virtual prototype model, the whole machine modal analysis is carried out to improve its dynamic performance.
Fifth, combining the theory of pipe bending and forming, the bending of pipe is simulated by finite element method, and the bending simulation results are analyzed to verify whether the design meets the technical requirements.
