There are mainly three types of customers or leads:

Warm Leads / Customers:

Hot Leads / Customers:

In this stage, satisfied customers will support you and sprayed their story of satisfaction to other potential customers. They will support your brands and fight against criticizers. This is how your brands reach the highest growth level.
